Brazilian Work Authorization Letter
A work permit application must be submitted by the sponsoring Brazilian company to the
Brazilian Ministry of Labor. You must provide your previously
Approved work permit authorization letter or documentation
Proof of Jurisdiction
You must submit a notarized copy of one of the following documents: driver’s license, utility bill,
copy of a lease, or a bank statement
Birth Certificate
You must provide an original or a notarized copy of your birth
certificate. It must include both parents’ names
