Invitation Letter (An invitation issued by the Foreign Ministry in Saudi Arabia is required. The residence permit holder who you are joining in Saudi Arabia is responsible for obtaining the invitation. The letter must:
Include the full local Saudi address and phone number of the individual holding the residence permit)
Letter of Authorization (You must provide one completed and signed Letter of Authorization)
Saudi Arabian Company Registration Letter (You must provide a clear, scanned color copy of the business registration certificate from the host company in Saudi Arabia)
Letter of Incorporation (You must provide a letter of incorporation from your company in the United States.)
Medical Report (You must submit three copies of the medical report found in this kit and two copies of lab reports, along with three passport size color photographs with a white background. The medical report must:
Be issued by a licensed physician who must sign each copy and certify that the applicant is free of any contagious disease
Include the license number and address of the physician on each copy
Be used within three months from the date of issuance
Please note, children under the age of sixteen do not need a medical report.)

Government Approval (In order to process the student visa, the Consulate of Saudi Arabia requires a government approval letter)

Enjaz Registration Release Form and Insurance Information Form (An online registration with the Saudi Arabian consulate, an Enjaz, must be completed. Saudi Arabia requires as part of the Enjaz registration that all applicants purchase a medical insurance policy provided by an authorized insurer. The fee for the policy is set by the Consulate at time of registration, and is based on the information requested on the form.)
TRAVELING WITH DEPENDENTS
Dependents of the student visa holder must provide proof of kinship. This must include:
A copy of the marriage certificate for spouses
A copy of the birth certificate for children
All female visa applicants traveling to Saudi Arabia without a male relative, i.e. husband, brother, father, must submit a special Ministry of Foreign
Affairs approval obtained by their contact in Saudi Arabia
