Passport:

 

You must submit your actual signed passport, including one copy of the personal information page of your passport. Your passport must:

 

  • Have at least six months of validity left beyond your intended stay in the visiting countries.
  • Have at least two blank visa pages’ side by side (amendments and endorsement pages cannot be used to fulfill this requirement)
  • Not be frayed, torn, separating, or altered in any other way.

 

Photographs:

 

Submit two professional color passport photo. Snapshot, photocopy or computer generated picture will not be accepted. Photo requirements:

  • Photo size should measure 2″ x 2″. Leave the photo loose.
  • Photo should be taken within six months to reflect your current appearance.
  • Photo must include clear frontal view of full face, both ears, neck and upper shoulders.
  • Photo should be printed in color on either matte or glossy photo paper and has not been altered in any way.
  • Photo must be clear. Blurry, underexposed, overexposed and low quality photos are not accepted.
  • Background of photo must be white, with no shadows over the face or the background.
  • Facial expression must be neutral with eyes open and all the facial features should be clearly visible.
  • Do not smile in photo.
  • Do not wear eyeglasses in photo.
  • Proper attire, Hats or head covering are only allowed if worn for religious reasons and if they do not obscure any facial features.

Letter of Authorization:

 

  • You must provide one completed and signed Letter of Authorization

 

Talentwise Background check:

 

Saudi Consulate requires a background check report from Talentwise in order to process your application. Orbit Visas will complete this registration on your behalf once we receive your application form and supporting documents. You must sign and complete the Background Check Authorization Form found in this kit. The background check must be used within 30 days of issuance. A $60.00 service fee applies.

 

Saudi Arabian Company Registration Letter:

 

  • You must provide a clear, scanned color copy of the business registration certificate from the host company in Saudi Arabia

 

Medical Report:

 

You must submit one medical report form found in this kit and one copy of lab reports. The medical report must:

 

 

  • Be issued by a licensed physician who must sign each copy and certify that the applicant is free of any contagious disease including tests for Hep A, B, and C.
  • Include the license number and address of the physician on each copy
  • Be used within three months from the date of issuance
  • Please note, children under the age of sixteen do not need a medical report

 

PROOF OF VALID RESIDENCY PERMITS (DEPENDENTS ONLY):

 

Dependents applying for a visa must provide a photocopy of:

  • valid Saudi residency card (Iqama card) of the primary permit holder.
  • Photocopy of primary permit holder’s passport information page

 

ELECTRONIC AUTHORIZATION:

 

  • You must submit an electronic authorization from your employer in Saudi Arabia.

 

 

 

 

PROOF OF KINSHIP:

 

Dependents of the residence permit holder must provide proof of kinship. This must include:

  • A copy of the marriage certificate for spouses
  • A copy of the birth certificate for children

 

Enjaz Registration Release Form (NOTICE ON SAUDI LAWS AND REGULATIONS) and Insurance Information Form:

 

An online registration with the Saudi Arabian consulate, an Enjaz, must be completed. Saudi Arabia requires as part of the Enjaz registration that all Non-US passport holder’s applicants must purchase a medical insurance policy provided by an authorized insurer. The fee for the policy is set by the Consulate at time of registration, and is based on the Information requested on the form

 

ENJAZ REGISTRATION:

 

  • An Enjaz online registration must be completed in addition to your visa application form. Orbit visas will complete this registration on your behalf once we receive your application form and supporting documents
  • we cannot use an Enjaz provided by applicants. $11.00 service fee and an additional two business processing days apply
  • You must sign and date the Enjaz Registration Release Form found in this kit. The Enjaz Registration Release Form mentions an iris scan and fingerprint submission process

 

Non-Us Passport Holder:

 

Please provide copy of your U.S Immigration Status.

 

 

 

Consular Fees:

 

In addition to Orbit visa’s service fees, consular fees are the cost of your visa application.

Processing Time:

 

  • 3 Business days processing time at the consulate
  • Processing time commences from the day the application has been submitted to the consulate. Weekends, consulate scheduled holidays, and mailing do not count as a processing day.
  • Consulates processing time not including two extra days to process Enjaz (Online Registration)
