Flight Crew visa

Passport:
You must submit your actual signed passport, including one copy of the personal information page of your passport. Your passport must:
- Have at least six months of validity left beyond your intended stay in the visiting countries.
- Have at least two blank visa pages’ side by side (amendments and endorsement pages cannot be used to fulfill this requirement)
- Not be frayed, torn, separating, or altered in any other way.
Photographs:
Submit two professional color passport photo. Snapshot, photocopy or computer generated picture will not be accepted. Photo requirements:
- Photo size should measure 2″ x 2″. Leave the photo loose.
- Photo should be taken within six months to reflect your current appearance.
- Photo must include clear frontal view of full face, both ears, neck and upper shoulders.
- Photo should be printed in color on either matte or glossy photo paper and has not been altered in any way.
- Photo must be clear. Blurry, underexposed, overexposed and low quality photos are not accepted.
- Background of photo must be white, with no shadows over the face or the background.
- Facial expression must be neutral with eyes open and all the facial features should be clearly visible.
- Do not smile in photo.
- Do not wear eyeglasses in photo.
- Proper attire, Hats or head covering are only allowed if worn for religious reasons and if they do not obscure any facial features.

Business Introduction Letter:
A letter of introduction from your US-based company is required. Your completed introduction letter must:
- Be printed on your company’s official letterhead
- Display your full name, nationality, and job title
- Display your company’s US address
- Specify the exact purpose of your trip
- Specify the number of entries requested and the length of each stay
- Include your specific entry and exit dates
- Include the validity of your requested visa
- Display your host /sponsor detail including contact name, company name, street address and phone number
- Be signed by a member of management
LETTER OF INVITATION:
You must provide an official invitation letter issued by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- The invitation must be addressed to the Saudi Arabian consulate in Houston. If the city listed is different, your visa must be processed in that city and the requirements may vary.
- The invitation must be signed and stamped by the Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry or your sponsoring organization
- The invitation should include inviting company’s location and type of business. In addition, it must clearly state the applicant’s name, nationality, position, length of visa, purpose of travel, and number of entries requested
- The registration number of the host company will be printed on the invitation
- Saudi visa validity is dependent on the letter of invitation from Saudi Arabia provided with the visa application and is at the discretion of the Saudi Arabian Consulate
Flight Crew Identification:
- You must provide your actual airline flight crew identification badge
Letter of Authorization:
- You must provide one completed and signed Letter of Authorization
Saudi Arabian Company Registration Letter:
- You must provide a clear, scanned color copy of the business registration certificate from the host company in Saudi Arabia
Enjaz Registration Release Form (NOTICE ON SAUDI LAWS AND REGULATIONS) and Insurance Information Form:
An online registration with the Saudi Arabian consulate, an Enjaz, must be completed. Saudi Arabia requires as part of the Enjaz registration that all Non-US passport holder’s applicants must purchase a medical insurance policy provided by an authorized insurer. The fee for the policy is set by the Consulate at time of registration, and is based on the Information requested on the form
ENJAZ REGISTRATION:
- An Enjaz online registration must be completed in addition to your visa application form. Orbit visas will complete this registration on your behalf once we receive your application form and supporting documents
- we cannot use an Enjaz provided by applicants. $11.00 service fee and an additional two business processing days apply
- You must sign and date the Enjaz Registration Release Form found in this kit. The Enjaz Registration Release Form mentions an iris scan and fingerprint submission process
All female visa applicants traveling to Saudi Arabia without a male relative, i.e. husband, brother, father, must:
- submit a special Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval obtained by their contact in Saudi Arabia
Visa Application Form:
You must provide one completed copy of the visa application form found in this kit. The application form must:
- Must be typed. Handwritten form will not be accepted
- Include answers for all fields
- Display your full name as it appears in your passport
- Be signed
Non-Us Passport Holder:
Please provide copy of your U.S Immigration Status.
Consular Fees:
In addition to Orbit visa’s service fees, consular fees are the cost of your visa application.

Processing Time:
- 3 Business days processing time at the consulate
- Processing time commences from the day the application has been submitted to the consulate. Weekends, consulate scheduled holidays, and mailing do not count as a processing day.
- Consulates processing time not including two extra days to process Enjaz (Online Registration)
